To obtain a refund for an individually purchased webinar, please contact Surgent at (800) 778-7436 or info@surgent.com at any time prior to the start of the webinar (not applicable for Unlimited Webinars Package customers). Transfers are also available.

Refunds for CPE packages (self-study, webinar, plus packages), certificate programs, and other products are available within 10 business days after the date of purchase, assuming that no CPE credit has been granted. If you would like to report a complaint or question about a Surgent product, please contact Surgent at (800) 778-7436 or email info@surgent.com.

Surgent's Webinar Cancellation Policy:

In the rare event that Surgent needs to cancel a live webinar due to circumstances beyond our control, all participants will be notified and given the opportunity to either transfer to another webinar or obtain a refund (not applicable for Unlimited Webinar Package customers).
